INTERNSHIP FEES
The cost of the four courses, supervised practice, internet meetings or chats over one year is $1500 due prior to the first class. CEUS will be offered. The minimum number of motivated, committed participants for each city is 9; maximum 15 to maintain the quality of the supervised practice. In each city, I will also need a clinic in which to host the classes so that we have lecture space, treatment rooms, and patients. I need the clinic space to be offered at no charge in order for me to keep the cost of the internships low.
Cancellation policy: Due to the nature of this internship there are no refunds or credits once a participant has committed to participate in this internship.
